Transformative Justice Australia (TJA) TJA was formed in 1995 by a group determined to improve the way in which conflict is dealt with, whether in homes, in schools, throughout justice systems, in workplaces, or in any other communities. TJA works in partnership with other individuals and agencies in Australasia and elsewhere to develop processes and programs for transforming conflict.
